I work with organizations of all sizes to navigate ambiguity, simplify work and unlock the hidden drivers of growth. I incorporate unconventional, but effective approaches to strategy, growth and empowerment. I’ve led capability development, strategy and innovation projects in Fortune 100 companies and small businesses. I have an MBA from Xavier University, a BA in Russian Studies from Fordham University, and served in the U.S. Army as an intelligence officer. My coaching training includes NeuroLeadership Institute’s Brain-based Coaching, Matrix Management Institute’s Matrix Leadership Foundations, and the Playing Big Facilitator’s Training with Tara Mohr.
